I was born and raised in Da Nang, Vietnam. Food has been a quiet part of my life for as long as I can remember. And behind every dish, there’s always a story. Nothing too big, just little things that somehow stay with me. Through these stories, I just hope you get to see a little more of Vietnamese cuisine in a simple, honest way.
